Guests can relax on one of our two large deck areas, complete with sun lounges, overlooking the bay and garden.
There are also two separate guest lounge rooms.
You can choose to relax by the fire in winter in the downstairs lounge and enjoy complimentary port and chocolates or take in the views from the upstairs lounge.
Both have tea and coffee making facilities, biscuits and a fridge available for your use.

Cocora Cottage B&B is a heritage listed and unique accommodation for singles and couples or a maximum of four people traveling together.

Enjoy spectacular bay views, watch the fishing fleet coming home with the days catch or marvel at the colour of the yachts on Twofold Bay.
From late September to early December you may be lucky enough to witness whales, particularly the mothers with their calves, frolicking in the bay. They can be seen most days from the upstairs guest lounge and deck.

Our Rooms
The FRONT room has a queen size bed, television and an ensuite with double bath and separate walk in shower. It provides an insight of how it was in days gone by with its polished Kauri timber floorboards, high ceilings and the original open fireplace.
The VIEW room offers lovely sea views from the bay window across the garden, very calming and peaceful. It has a queen size bed, television and an ensuite with a single bath and shower over the bath.
